(Jan 2012) STARTERS GOURMET PIZZA All pizzas are made with in house made dough and local ingredients. Support our local businesses! THE DOMINA: Buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, garlic, and campari (sweet) tomatoes. Add a drizzle of balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. Topped with a sprinkle of feta cheese. THE SLAVE: House made alfredo, mozzarella, fresh basil, and garlic grilled chicken. THE SISSY: Buttered sautéed' mushrooms in white wine and butter with balsamic drizzle. THE FULL DUNGEON: A loaded house made red sauce delight with sautéed' veggies (onions, green/yellow/red peppers, mushrooms) and locally made sweet or mild sausage and topped with fresh romano. HOUSE MADE SOUPS All soups are served with toasted antipasto crostini with cheese. Local fresh produce is used off season. THE MISTRESS: Fresh field greens tossed with strawberries and house made strawberry champagne vinagrette. THE NAUGHTY BOY: Grilled chorizo over a bed of romaine smothered in cheddar and provolone shred, sautéed' diced onions and tomatoes. A warm bacon vinagrette accompanies. GRILLED SPANKINI SANDWICHES All toasted grilled sandwiches are made with local bakery breads. THE DADDY: Toasted bread, smoked applewood bacon, house made bacon mayo, cream cheese, lettuce, and tomato. THE BOY: Toasted bread with grilled eggplant and tomatoes, avocado, and extra virgin olive oil/balsamic drizzle. THE BITCH: (spicy) Toasted bread with grilled chicken, spicy tomato sauce, and topped with melted provolone. THE DAMNED: Toasted bread three taste grilled cheese with american, gruyere, and sharp provolone. Red pepper mayo on the side for dipping. SWEETS Mistress' house made chocolate chip cookies made with a local chocolatiers wares. Accompanied by fresh made vanilla whipped cream for dipping. The House Segreto Plate: The Secret'-- This is the traditional route to the palate of sensual ecstasy…and maybe more! The Segreto Dolci plate includes-- An abundance of fresh seasonal fruits, with 3 different adornments of ; warm chocolate sauce, powdered sugar, and brown sugar. Imported Belgian chocolates surround this presentation. THE FANTASY: Old fashioned ice cream (ice cream locally) sundae piled high with fresh fruit, house made vanilla whipped cream, and of course cherries on top. Enough for two!
